Louise gets a Partner

You remember Louise? The hat with a wing. At long last she has been paired with a scarf. Loosely based the scarf on a 1930's pattern for a double layer silk scarf. Took some figuring to turn it into a single layer wool felt scarf.

After much finessing arrived at this half scarf half jabot.

So beautiful!! I love the way you have interpreted your inspiration in the wool - the shape is perfect - Louis is one lucky hat!! And the color...sigh...love. Well done!

Jeeze that is cute!!!
I wanna live where it is *occasionally* cold enough to wear stuff like that!

Thanks so very much for the kind and wonderful comments. Feb is almost always a difficult month for me with the continued cold and snow, my spirits tend to be at low ebb, so the support and encouragement of your words means so much and really bouys the energy level. Hugs all. Jane
